IMADA, the Ipswich Music, Arts & Drama Association, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization of parents committed to supporting and enhancing the fine arts programs in the Ipswich Middle and High Schools.

FOR THE IPSWICH SCHOOL BUDGET OVERRIDE ON MAY 20, 2008.

Attend Town Meeting on Tuesday, May 13th at 7:30 p.m. at the PAC. It is essential that we have a quorum to support the override for the entire meeting.

Visit the polls on Tuesday, May 20th and vote YES! for the override.

Upcoming Spring Concerts and Art Shows

Monday, May 12th will be an evening of high school string quartets in the IPAC at 7:30 p.m.

The Ipswich High School Choral Concert will be held the evening of Wednesday, May 14th at the IPAC at 7:30 pm.

An Evening at the Ipswich Pops:  The High School Symphony Orchestra presents their very first "pops concert."  Come hear pieces from Phantom of the Opera, Pirates of the Caribbean, and several more.  The event will be held on Friday, May 16th in the IPAC at 7:30 pm.

The Middle School spring art show reception will be held on Tuesday, May 20th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the IPAC Gallery.

Ipswich graduating seniors will hold their art exhibition on Wednesday, May 28th in the IPAC Gallery at 6:00 pm.

North Shore Youth Symphony Orchestra (NYSO) announces auditions.

Summer Drama Camp for Middle School Students

North Shore Summer Jazz Camp 2008

Tom Palance - experienced teacher, conductor and professional trumpet player - announces North Shore Summer Jazz Camp 2008 for rising 6th graders and older.  The camp provides an opportunity to join area music students in an educational and fun musical experience with instruction and clinics by New England's best professional musicians and teachers.  Three sessions offered:  July 7-11, August 11-15 and August 18-22.  For more information and an application form click here.
