Students must have participated in one or more of the arts programs offered through the Ipswich Public Schools, been accepted at an institution of higher learning, and enroll in the fall following their senior year of high school. The Robin Silverman award is reserved for an individual who plans to pursue their art in college. The 2012 scholarships totaled $15,000. Here is a list of our 2012 College Scholarship recipients.

To the Members of IMADA, I’m writing to thank you for your generosity in awarding me with a scholarship to use towards my education. I appreciate your recognition of my efforts in the arts programs at IHS, as well as my love for them. I plan to continue playing my violin, signing, painting…and I greatly appreciate all that IMADA does for these programs. Thank you for making my high school experience so full of creativity and art.

I love the arts program at Ipswich and have no doubt that it has played a major role in my development as a person. And so, at the risk of sounding corny, my real thanks to all of you at IMADA isn't for supporting me with this scholarship; rather, thank you for supporting this wonderful program.
